Growth of Construction Insurance Product SureBuild℠ is Bolstered Through Hiring of Insurance Industry Veteran
Isaac Stern is named as Executive Director of SureBuild℠ construction project completion insurance for Saint Vincent. An industry veteran, Mr. Stern brings more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and 5 years of experience in product development, distribution, and sales, which are instrumental skills in his role with Saint Vincent to reduce construction risk in the lending community.
Prior to joining Saint Vincent, Mr. Stern worked in the financial services industry at one of the largest, privately held insurance brokerages in California. In that role, he helped with the development and rebranding of several products, one of which was a risk-transfer product where he contributed to the significant revenue growth from just a couple hundred thousand dollars to over a million dollars within just two years. In addition, he helped his clients save large portions of their budgets that went well into the millions, in some instances ranging up to $10 to $20 million per year.

Mr. Stern works as a licensed agent of Saint Vincent, LLC, which is the managing general agent of SureBuild℠. As the Executive Director of SureBuild℠, Mr. Stern will work as the as a liaison between Saint Vincent underwriters and the underwriters of Lloyd’s of London. Furthermore, Mr. Stern will manage agency business and utilize his product growth and sales experience to continue to grow the project completion insurance brand.

Mr. Stern has an MBA from the University of Southern California as well as a B.A. degree in Business Administration (Finance) from California State University, Northridge. He is a licensed producer and surplus lines broker in California and Arizona and licensed in FINRA series 7 and 63 securities.
